BaileMe Academy

 

BailaMe Academy collaborates with Saint Juan Diego Parish to provide formation to the members of our dance ministry and the wider community.  We perform folkloric Mexican dance to hand on culture, tradition, virtue, and faith.  We take as our motto “Aquí se narra” (Here it is recounted), the first words of the Nican Mopohua, an early written account of the Guadalupe apparition in Mexico in 1531.  Our ministry tells the story of God’s goodness in sending Our Lady of Guadalupe to announce and share Her Son with the people of this continent.
